TEMPORARY TEACHING POSITIONS

DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY

Areas of Specialization:

U.S. History, European History, African History

Middle Eastern History, Latin American History, Asian History

Applications are invited for anticipated temporary academic teaching positions in the academic year 2009-2010 in the above-mentioned areas. Appointments will vary from one quarter to one year with the possibility of reappointment dependent on performance and departmental needs. Normally applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in History and have at least one year of teaching experience. Salary dependent on qualifications. Terms and conditions of employment are subject to UC policy and any appropriate collective bargaining agreement.
