Job Description:

The University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) Donald Bren School of Environmental Science & Management invites applications for a lecturer or a visiting faculty member during the 2008-09 academic year.

 

We seek an individual who can teach one or more of the following graduate level courses to master’s degree students pursuing a professional degree in Environmental Science and Management.

·        Introduction to Environmental Policy Analysis and Microeconomics

·        Economics for Environmental Management

·        Cost Benefit Analysis and Non Market Valuation

·        Statistics and Data Analysis for Environmental Professionals

 

Depending upon the candidate’s specific areas of expertise, there may be opportunity to teach additional courses that would enhance our curriculum. These might include International Environmental Economics, Environment and Development, Water Economics and Policy, Energy Economics and Policy, Climate Change Economics and Policy, Green Markets, but other topics appropriate for training environmental professionals will be considered.
